Privacy policy

Who is responsible

Masterful World is the brand and logo design practice of Sandra Jakovljević. For any question about your data, email hi@masterfulworld.com.

What I collect

Only what you choose to send: when you use the contact form or email me, I receive your name, email address, business name, website and message. I use it to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to run your project. I never sell it or use it for advertising.

Contact form

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards your message to my inbox. Your message passes through their service only to be delivered.

Fonts, images and Instagram

Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with them. The Instagram section in the footer may load images from a feed service connected to my Instagram account. Links to Instagram and client websites take you to those sites, whose own privacy policies apply.

Analytics and cookies

With your permission, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful — for example, how visitors find the site and which pages they read. When you first visit, a short notice asks whether you allow this. Until you choose “Allow”, Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode that sets no analytics cookies. If you allow it, Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to recognise repeat visits; IP addresses are not logged or stored in Google Analytics 4. Your choice is remembered in your browser; to change it, clear this site’s data in your browser settings and reload the page. The site uses no advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them. Project correspondence is kept for the duration of our work together and as long as required for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you at any time by emailing hi@masterfulworld.com.
