Intake HealthBrand identity case study
Latest workMy client runs a healthcare-focused marketing agency serving hospitals, private practices, dental clinics and behavioural health providers. Before we started, onboarding was slowed by lengthy intake forms, endless follow-up emails and delays before strategy could begin.
I redesigned the brand identity and the first digital touchpoint to make onboarding feel fast, clear and reassuring. More like taking a patient’s vitals than filling out paperwork.
As the brand designer, I built the identity around a heartbeat line to symbolise understanding before action. A clinical teal paired with a pulse-orange accent creates a calm, trustworthy look with a single point of emphasis.
The identity reinforces one idea: diagnose first, pitch second. I wanted the very first thing people saw to promise “we take your pulse before we treat you.”
The agency launches in 2027, so this phase focuses on building early brand awareness and trust. So far I’ve designed the visual identity and pre-launch assets, including the AI Marketing Intake Chat landing page. The full branding and campaign rollout will launch alongside the agency in 2027.

Early Access Promotion
Get a first look before anyone else: early access to the AI Marketing Intake Chat is open to a limited group of healthcare marketers ahead of the 2027 launch. Traditional process on one side, the AI intake on the other — the case is made in five rows.
AI Intake Chat
“You’re on the list. We’ll reach out the moment early access opens.” Healthcare marketing teams trade forms and email chains for a five-minute conversation — every question written for the services they sell and the organisations they sell to.
